About the Role: Grace is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Occupational Therapist to join our established team. This role is ideal for an occupational therapist with experience in brain injury and a strong interest in helping children and young people develop and thrive. Responsibilities:
- Provide individualised therapy for children and young people with disabilities and brain injuries, delivering high-quality interventions that address their unique needs.
- Develop skills as a clinical supervisor, with opportunities for mentoring, co-treatment, and one-on-one supervision to help shape the next generation of therapists.
- Engage in regular coaching and training, report writing feedback, and professional development activities to enhance clinical expertise.
- Participate in our comprehensive learning and development program, which includes access to in-house training modules and a range of CEU-accredited courses.
- Completion of performance appraisals, and development plans in line with the competency framework, providing your supervisees with clincial direction, and skill development.

Essential Criteria:
- Experience working with children and young people.
- Experience delivering coaching and mentoring to occupational therapists.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy - Qualified Occupational Therapy role.
- NDIS worker screener (Service NSW)
- Working with Children Check (Service NSW)
- National Police Check (Criminal History Check)
- AHPRA Registered
- Be eligible for a Medicare and Private Health provider number.
- Mental Health Accreditation with OT Australia (Medicare)
- Current member of OT Australia or willing to join
- Current NSW Drivers Licence & have a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have a good work ethic & take pride in your work
- Remuneration is based on occupational therapy experience. Grace offers competitive salaries and is commensurate with years of experience and working actively as an occupational therapist.
