For 18 years, Grace Children’s Therapy has enriched the lives of children with disabilities, learning disorders, and developmental challenges across the Sydney Hills District. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our services to support adolescents and young adults up to 25 years and building a new occupational therapy stream focusing on wheelchair assessments, equipment prescription, and brain injury rehabilitation.

As a Member of Our Team, You Will:
- Receive shoulder-to-shoulder clinical mentoring and co-treating opportunities with our Head of Clinical Practice.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy – New graduates welcome to apply!
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility prior to commencement).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check (Criminal History).
- Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- OT Australia Membership or willing to join
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to connect with children and young people.
- Commitment to professional growth, teamwork, and delivering quality services.
- Overseas candidates with a completed Stage 1 Desktop Audit (OT Council) are encouraged to apply — 482 visa sponsorship available.

Remuneration is based on occupational therapy experience. Grace Children's Therapy offers competitive salaries and offers an above-award wage pay scale. Salary is commensurate with years of experience and working actively as an occupational therapist.
